Research Affiliates Program
We are interested in collaborating with and supporting early, mid-career and senior researchers who are currently pursuing research in disability health to join our team. We have an Affiliates Program which offers the following opportunities:
Early Career Researchers
- Support and mentoring from our research team (data specialists, health economists, epidemiologists and policy specialists), each Affiliate will be assigned a Mentor
- Collaboration opportunities for future research projects and publications
- Invitation to the CRE-DH annual retreat, training activities and public events
- No direct funding is available however you are eligible to apply for CRE-DH professional development funds to help partially fund CRE-DH aligned activities (annual retreats, travel costs and conference registration fees)
- Career-building opportunities eg. presenting webinars, writing opinion pieces
- Training in knowledge translation for the disability sector and policy analysts
Senior and Mid-Career Researchers
- Networking opportunities across the five universities involved in the CRE-DH, international Associate Investigators, and international visiting fellows
- Collaboration opportunities for research projects, grants and publications
- Information on the latest disability data developments
- Invitation to CRE-DH annual retreat, seminars, training activities and public events
- Training in knowledge translation for the disability sector and policy space
